Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • If the customer discovers any damage to the shipment after receiving it, he can file a compensation claim against the shipping company and not against the Less Time Store , provided that this is done within 24 hours according to the shipping company’s policy - and the customer must file a complaint by contacting the shipping company.
  • All items shipped to our customers are factory sealed and confirmed through constant inspection by the shipping department.

Device Receipt Policy (from customer to less time)

Software Policy

  • Genuine Windows 10 will be installed if it is included in the required offer.

  • All free software and games installed on the device are not covered by warranty or technical support and we are not responsible for activating them.

Documents and Invoices Policy:

  • The invoice will be sent via email unless the customer requests otherwise (please make sure to enter the email correctly so that the invoice will be sent after confirming the order). In the event of ordering from a representative, please provide the seller with the email and correct data to send the invoice.
  • No printed invoice will be accepted without the institution's stamp.
  • All correspondence and letters shall be issued in less time on official papers.

Shipping, Delivery and Damage Policy

Pricing, Payment and Order Cancellation Policy

  • Less time allows multiple payment methods, electronic methods via the website or bank transfer to one of the approved accounts.

  • Less Time Foundation does not guarantee that the products displayed on the website will work on other devices such as PlayStation or Xbox, and that the specifications found on each product are compatible with computers only.
  • We would like to point out that the only reference for determining the warranty of the parts is the less time , so our valued customers must send the parts or the device that suffers from any problem to the company exclusively.
